Welcome to GBT77 (hereinafter referred to as "GBT77", "we", "us", or "our"). GBT77 is an online casino and sports betting platform operated at the domain gbt77.cam, serving players primarily in Malaysia. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all access to and use of the GBT77 website, its mobile-compatible interface, and all associated services including live casino, sports wagering, instant games, and payment processing.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet on the GBT77 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

• "Player" means any individual who has registered an Account on the Platform and is aged 21 or above.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any real-money stake placed on a sporting event, casino game, or other betting product offered on the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum aggregate betting turnover a Player must achieve before Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures required to confirm a Player's identity and prevent fraud and money laundering.
• "MYR" means Malaysian Ringgit, the sole operating currency of the GBT77 Platform.

To register and maintain an Account on the GBT77 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the duration of your Account:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you hold an Account.
2. You must be accessing the Platform on a voluntary basis and of your own initiative.
3. You must not be on any self-exclusion list maintained by GBT77 or any other recognised responsible gambling authority.
4. You must be accessing the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
5. You must not be acting on behalf of any third party in funding, wagering, or withdrawing from any Account.
6. You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete personal information during registration and during any subsequent KYC verification process.
7. You must not hold any other active or suspended Account on the GBT77 Platform. Only one Account per individual is permitted.

Each Player may register only one Account on the GBT77 Platform. Duplicate accounts — including accounts registered with different email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods by the same individual — are strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any pending withdrawals.

4.1 Registration Information

During registration, you are required to provide your full legal name, a valid email address, a Malaysian mobile phone number, and a date of birth confirming you are aged 21 or above. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information. GBT77 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any registration detail at any time.

4.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

Prior to processing any withdrawal request, GBT77 requires all Accounts to complete KYC verification. Standard KYC documentation includes a valid Malaysian government-issued photo ID (MyKad, Passport, or Driver's Licence), a proof of current residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and a selfie photograph holding the ID document. KYC submissions are typically reviewed within 24 to 48 business hours.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. GBT77 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) to protect your Account. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you. GBT77 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access where adequate security measures were not maintained by the Account holder.

All financial transactions on the GBT77 Platform are conducted exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). GBT77 supports deposits and withdrawals via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and major Malaysian banks including Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank. Cryptocurrency transactions in Bitcoin (BTC) and USDT are also accepted subject to current platform availability.

5.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is RM30. Deposits made via Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow QR, and FPX are processed in real time and typically reflect in your Account Balance within 30 seconds of successful payment. GBT77 does not impose any deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

5.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. All withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC verification and confirmation that any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds have been satisfied. Withdrawal requests to e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Bank transfers via IBG or FPX may take one to three business hours. GBT77 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before releasing any withdrawal.

5.3 Transaction Limits

Daily withdrawal limits apply based on your loyalty tier: Bronze — up to RM20,000; Silver — up to RM50,000; Gold VIP — negotiable with your dedicated account manager. GBT77 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time with reasonable notice.

GBT77 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, referral bonuses, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms set out at the time of the promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game contribution rates, and expiry periods.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified in a promotion's individual terms, Bonus Funds credited to your Account are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they become eligible for withdrawal. The standard wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion's dedicated terms page. GBT77 is not liable for any misunderstanding arising from a Player's failure to review applicable promotion terms prior to claiming a bonus.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

GBT77 employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk "hedge" betting designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk; coordinated multi-account bonus claiming; systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics. Detection of bonus abuse may result in the immediate cancellation of Bonus Funds, the reversal of associated winnings, and the suspension or permanent closure of the Account.

6.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses and free credits have an expiry period as specified at the time of credit. Expired bonus funds and any winnings accumulated from expired bonus funds will be forfeited automatically and cannot be reinstated.

All sporting events, casino games, and instant games available on the GBT77 Platform are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game or market. In the event of any conflict between general Platform Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail in relation to that game or market.

7.1 Bet Acceptance

GBT77 reserves the right to refuse, void, or limit any wager at its sole discretion, including but not limited to wagers placed on incorrectly priced markets, wagers that exceed applicable stake limits, or wagers placed after the relevant event has commenced (except in designated in-play markets).

7.2 Disputes & Errors

In the event of a technical error, system failure, or manifest pricing error, GBT77 reserves the right to void affected transactions. GBT77 will make reasonable efforts to contact affected Players. Players who believe a wager has been incorrectly settled must submit a dispute via our support channel within 72 hours of the settlement date. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the GBT77 Platform and constitute grounds for immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and potential referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or algorithms to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in casino games or betting markets.
• Money laundering, structuring deposits to avoid reporting thresholds, or any other financial crime.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities, software bugs, or system errors for financial gain.
• Using VPN, proxy, or any other tool to misrepresent your location or identity.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Allowing any third party to access or operate your Account.
• Any activity that GBT77 reasonably determines to constitute fraud or a violation of applicable laws.

GBT77 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes all reasonable steps to protect Players from problem gambling behaviours. GBT77 is strictly an adult platform — access is limited to individuals aged 21 and above.

Players may at any time request the following controls via our support team or through their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly caps on total deposits to your Account.
• Session Time Limits: Maximum session duration reminders and forced session end alerts.
• Reality Checks: Periodic notifications of time spent and net wagering activity during sessions.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporary (30/60/90 days) or permanent self-exclusion from the GBT77 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period.
• Account Cooling-Off Period: A 7-day or 30-day temporary Account suspension on request.

All content on the GBT77 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, game content, and user interface elements, is the exclusive intellectual property of GBT77 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the GBT77 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of GBT77.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GBT77 and its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the GBT77 Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings resulting from technical errors, game malfunctions, or network interruptions.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
• Any delay or failure in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Maybank, CIMB, or other banking partners.
• Any losses resulting from your reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional terms.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by GBT77's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

GBT77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse.
• Failure to satisfy KYC verification requirements within a reasonable period.
• Discovery that a registered Player does not meet the eligibility criteria in Section 3.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Player.
• A court order or regulatory direction requiring account closure.

Upon Account closure, any verified real-money Balance (exclusive of Bonus Funds and associated winnings where these are subject to dispute) will be returned to the Player's registered payment method following the conclusion of any investigation. GBT77 will endeavour to complete account closure reviews within 10 business days.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with GBT77's customer support team may be submitted to binding arbitration.

GBT77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account no fewer than 7 days before the amended Terms take effect. Minor clarifications or non-material corrections may be applied immediately without prior notice.

Continued use of the GBT77 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the change.
